  • The Ether Family Presents...

The prolific pop-rock quartet with a gift for the grandiose concept record. After spinning the story of doomed lovers in the critically acclaimed Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, the Ethers began work on their four-album series How To Get Lost In A Time Consuming Ego Trip. Part 1 was released in 2003 and the band is currently mixing the Part 2 follow-up, which is slotted for release on August of 2006.

  • Adam McIntyre

Following a whirlwind year in which he toured extensively as a sideman, became a father, lost his father and underwent throat surgery, Adam McIntyre has taken his music in a new direction with a new voice. Since his well recieved 2003 debut, Rockstars and Superheroes and stunning follow-up, Nothing Means Anything, McIntyre has launched a series of increasingly experimental pop EPs. The first in this series is his newest release, Per Ardua, available now.

  • The Aloha State

The Aloha State is an experimental side-project of The Ether Family Presents... leader Jimmy Ether. It is currently in development, but we expect great things from it soon. The project is composed of improvisational performances and, as you might expect from Jimmy, is lyrically based on a concept... a moment in time... the "state" of hello and goodbye.

  • Cassavetes

With their dark, off-kilter pop whir, Cassavetes hit the southeast music scene in 2005 producing a dreamy and seductive blend of impulsive rock songs that are as murky as they are innovative and beautiful. Mining a deep, cerebral landscape they expose raw nerves to slow-burning and psychedelic panoramas. Their debut album, Funny Story, is slotted for release in July of 2006 on Headphone Treats.

  • The Nerd Parade

The Nerd Parade are the perfect blend of bedroom indie-pop, r&b melody, and electronic back-beats. Randy Garcia and Abby Wren effortlessly exchange distinctive pop hooks over top an eclectic blend of sounds.

  • The Campbell Apartment

Fronted by Soviet-born oil painter and renaissance man, Ari Vais, The Campbell Apartment bring together the best of indie-rock, power-pop, indie-pop and practically every other hyphenated rock sub-genre you can conjure. They pop harder than humanly possible -- the Orville Redenbachers of the NYC music scene if you will.

  • Oldman Winter

Alaska native Bret Phillips may have relocated to the slightly warmer climate of Seattle, WA, but the wintery arctic landscape stuck with him. His band, Oldman Winter, started off as a studio project in 2005 -- an outlet to create soundscapes to contrast the beauty and harsh realities of his experience. In 2007 Bret used the great talents of longtime friend and drummer Dirk Jewitt, bass player Patrick Nelson, and guitarist Riley Plumb to record Oldman Winter's first release "An ARTic Circle", (written, recorded and mixed by Bret at his studio Wax Poetic).
